Harriet is a Senior Resourcing Business Partner and a key member of Sheridan Maine's UK and international delivery capability. She combines proactive sourcing with an extensive candidate network to help organisations access high-calibre finance professionals at every level.

Her recruitment portfolio ranges from CFOs, Finance Directors and Financial Controllers through Financial and Management Accountants, FP&A and Finance Business Partnering to Payroll, Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Sales Ledger.

Harriet supports Sheridan Maine assignments across contingency recruitment, search and interim delivery, giving clients access to active candidates while also proactively identifying professionals who may not currently be on the open market.

Her ability to source at pace is equally important within Sheridan Maine's interim and contract offering, where clients may require experienced finance professionals quickly to cover absence, deliver projects, support transformation or provide additional capability during periods of change.
