Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a respected and forward-thinking accounting firm based in the Southwest to recruit an Associate Director – Corporate Finance.
 
This is a senior opportunity to join a growing team that works with a diverse portfolio of niche and interesting clients. You will be involved in a wide variety of M&A and private equity transactions, giving you the chance to work on an interesting a range of activities.
 
Your responsibilities as the Associate Director – Corporate Finance will include:
  • Taking a lead role in managing and delivering corporate finance assignments.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their goals.
  • Designing and implementing solutions that meet both business and personal objectives.
  • Playing an active part in business development and the growth of the practice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
 
To be considered for the role of Associate Director – Corporate Finance:
  • Qualified ACA and ACCA
  • Experienced in M&A, ideally within accountancy or finance.
  • A proven record of managing transactions end-to-end, including negotiations.
  • Strong communicator, able to explain complex issues with clarity and build trusted relationships.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities and create value for clients.
  • A collaborative leader with the confidence to take initiative and the humility to work as part of a team.
