The Role:
As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time, and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and expense claims accurately and on time
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting
- Support ad-hoc finance projects and team tasks as required
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
