The Chief Financial Officer will take full ownership of the finance function and work closely with the CEO and Board to drive profitability, strengthen commercial performance, and ensure sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities of the CFO:

• Lead and develop the finance function, providing clear strategic and operational direction.
• Shape and deliver the organisation’s financial strategy aligned to long-term business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Maintain oversight of statutory reporting, accounting standards compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency and support transformation initiatives.
• Provide commercial insight to enhance profitability and business growth.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience operating as a CFO or senior finance leader within a comparable industry.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and operational financial expertise.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, corporate governance, and risk oversight.
• Proven experience building, managing, and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Demonstrated success leading finance transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at Board and senior stakeholder level.
• Strong analytical capability and sound decision-making skills.
