Accounts Payable Clerk

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast-expanding organisation where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are highly valued.

As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, supporting the wider finance team and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be comfortable managing a high volume of transactions.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk will include:

• Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end processes
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in an accounts payable position. The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a busy finance team.
