Finance Analyst - hybrid- Oxfordshire- up to £40k
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to join an international organisation based in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the timely completion of month-end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries, and generate financial reports
- Review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with deadlines
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and improve reconciliation processes
- Prepare and process intercompany transactions in accordance with company policies
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Provide documentation and respond to audit queries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Part qualified or qualified by experience- with relevant UK experience
