Customer Service Administrator

Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading business in Aldershot who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their head office team on a temp to perm basis. 

Working in a small and friendly team, key duties of the role will include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Providing updates on order status,  deliveries and availability
• Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, engineers and logistics
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the Sage system
• Handling customer issues professionally and ensuring a high level of service

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration and/or order processing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A positive and friendly individual
