Sheridan Maine is working in partnership with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in North London to recruit an Audit Semi-Senior. The Role
The Audit Semi-Senior will assist with audits and accounts preparation, supporting managers and partners in delivering high-quality services. You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients and have the opportunity to develop technical skills within a structured, collaborative team environment.

The Audit Semi-Senior will be responsible for:

•  Assisting in the planning and delivery of audit assignments.
•  Preparing audit working papers and supporting documentation.
•  Helping with accounts preparation and management accounts.
•  Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve queries.
•  Supporting senior team members and reviewing junior staff work where appropriate.
•  Ensuring compliance with auditing standards, firm procedures, and deadlines. 

 
The successful Audit Semi-Senior will possess:

•  Part-qualified or working towards ACA or ACCA.
•  Experience within audit and accounts preparation in an accountancy practice.
•  Good technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
•  Strong communication skills and a professional client-facing approach.
