Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate client ledgers, including billing, payments, receipts, and adjustments.
Prepare and reconcile client accounts monthly, ensuring all balances are accurate and up-to-date.
Process client invoices, statements, and receipts efficiently and accurately.
Monitor client accounts for overdue balances and liaise with clients to resolve queries and late payments.
Assist in preparing client reports, management accounts, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Support the preparation of trial balances and year-end client accounts.
Reconcile suspense accounts and investigate unidentified payments.
